In May 2019, Michael Koropisz had a sitting with the celebrity chef, Gino D'Acampo. 

Gino sat for the painting in May and it was unveiled in front of a large crowd at his restaurant in November 2019. 

Gino was shocked and said, "That is absolutely incredible. How did you do it?"

The large portrait was painted for Gino, however the smaller portrait was signed and is due to be auctioned for charity.

The portrait is now hung in Gino's home.
